Community Rehabilitation Hospital North is a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Community Rehabilitation Hospital North strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
We are accredited by both The Joint Commission and CARF for our Stroke and Amputation Specialty Programs as well as CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Specialty Programs.

Neurological Rehabilitation
This doctor-supervised program is designed for patients who have experienced an injury to the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. People who have experienced a neurological injury or disease sometimes have difficulty with movement, speaking, swallowing, breathing, or learning.

Orthopedics
Our program prepares patients recovering from fractures, dislocations or joint replacements to transition back to home and into the community. Accordingly, a number of objectives are established based on the patient’s individual needs, including: gait training; stair climbing; transfer training; muscle strengthening and endurance; fall safety; dressing, bathing, toileting; and operating a vehicle.
